Can I get a refund or replacement?

If, upon arrival of your goods, you are dissatisfied with reason, please contact us and we will be happy to help. We may ask for photographic evidence if your item arrives damaged in some way. Please note that we do not offer refunds or replacements on items that are no longer wanted due to mind changing or damage that you have inflicted yourself.

Are larger/smaller sizes available?

Yes, larger and smaller sizes are available on most products. Our standard sizes and their associated prices are listed on the product page.

How are the items delivered?

As soon as the payment is verified and delivery details received, all physical items will be put into the standard New Zealand Post system as soon as possible. Every care is be taken to ensure that our parcels are well-packaged. Orders totaling more than $75 will be couriered.

Do you provide custom design?

Here at Pinklizard Design we’re eager to take commissions. We can recolour any of our existing designs to suit your particular tastes. We can even mount your original designs and photography.

Do you ship outside of New Zealand?

Please contact us if you live outside of New Zealand and are interested in ordering any of our products.
